Welcome to BIZZY BEE Virtual Solutions LLC (“BIZZY BEE,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, www.bizzybeevirtual.com, and any services we provide. By accessing our site or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.

BIZZY BEE Virtual Solutions offers:

• Bookkeeping (QuickBooks Online & Desktop)
   
• Office administration and records management
   
• Real estate investor and business support
   
• Michigan notary and document services
   
• Caregiver/probate/conservatorship back-office support
   

Services are delivered virtually or in-person (where applicable) under agreed-upon contracts.

• You must be at least 18 years old to use our services.
   
• By hiring us, you confirm you have the legal authority to enter into agreements on behalf of yourself or your business.
   

To receive services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and timely information.
   
• Maintain responsibility for your own business, financial, and legal decisions.
   
• Use our services for lawful purposes only.
   
• Keep login credentials and shared platforms secure.
   

• We follow Michigan State Notary laws and cannot provide legal advice.
   
• A notary’s role is to verify identity and witness signatures—not to interpret contracts.
   
• You remain responsible for reviewing and understanding documents before signing.
   

• Service fees are outlined in invoices, proposals, or rate sheets.
   
• Payments are due as agreed (monthly retainers, project fees, or hourly).
   
• Late payments may result in interest charges or suspension of services.
   
• All sales are final unless otherwise specified in writing.
   

We maintain strict confidentiality with all client information and documents. Subcontractors or assistants engaged in your project are also bound by confidentiality agreements.

• All content on our website (logos, branding, text, graphics) is owned by BIZZY BEE Virtual Solutions LLC.
   
• Client-specific work products (bookkeeping reports, documents, templates) remain the property of the client once paid in full.
   
• You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our branded materials without permission.
   

• We provide services with professionalism and care, but we cannot guarantee error-free outcomes or financial/legal results.
   
• We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
   
• Clients remain responsible for decisions made using our services or reports.
   

Either party may terminate services with written notice per the terms of any signed agreement. We reserve the right to suspend or end services for non-payment, misconduct, or unlawful activity.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to conflict of law principles.

We may update these Terms periodically. Any changes will be posted here with a new “Effective Date.” Continued use of our services means you accept the updated Terms.
