Services are delivered virtually or in-person (where applicable) under agreed-upon contracts.

- By hiring us, you confirm you have the legal authority to enter into agreements on behalf of yourself or your business.
3. Client Responsibilities
To receive services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, complete, and timely information.
- Maintain responsibility for your own business, financial, and legal decisions.
- Use our services for lawful purposes only.
- Keep login credentials and shared platforms secure.
4. Notary Disclaimer
- We follow Michigan State Notary laws and cannot provide legal advice.
- A notary’s role is to verify identity and witness signatures—not to interpret contracts.
- You remain responsible for reviewing and understanding documents before signing.
5. Payment & Billing
- Service fees are outlined in invoices, proposals, or rate sheets.
- Payments are due as agreed (monthly retainers, project fees, or hourly).
- Late payments may result in interest charges or suspension of services.
- All sales are final unless otherwise specified in writing.
6. Confidentiality
We maintain strict confidentiality with all client information and documents. Subcontractors or assistants engaged in your project are also bound by confidentiality agreements.
7. Intellectual Property
- All content on our website (logos, branding, text, graphics) is owned by BIZZY BEE Virtual Solutions LLC.
- Client-specific work products (bookkeeping reports, documents, templates) remain the property of the client once paid in full.
- You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our branded materials without permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
- We provide services with professionalism and care, but we cannot guarantee error-free outcomes or financial/legal results.
- We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
- Clients remain responsible for decisions made using our services or reports.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate services with written notice per the terms of any signed agreement. We reserve the right to suspend or end services for non-payment, misconduct, or unlawful activity.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to conflict of law principles.

We may update these Terms periodically. Any changes will be posted here with a new “Effective Date.” Continued use of our services means you accept the updated Terms.
